Carol is a professional Muay Thai fighter and boxer. Carol is a World champion South Pacific champion and 2 x Australian champion. Carol is also a specialist trainer in strength and conditioning, agility, functional and sports specific training.

Wayne Earl10 + Years Exeperienced Muay Thai and K1 fighter
Wayne Earl Is a Muay Thai and K1 fighter and has been training for 10 years. He offers high level personal training sessions for boxing Muay Thai and fitness also strength and conditioning.

Sarah is an amateur muay thai fighter and amateur boxer with a fight record of 6 fights 5 wins. Sarah teaches some of our youth classes and she is also a personal trainer for kickboxing, boxing and fitness training
Omar Paulson
Omar Paulson Specialist in strength and conditioning
Specialist in strength and conditioning and over 20 yrs experience in functional and weights training. Omar runs group class 3 days a week and is available also for private training
